Activity Waiver

I understand that my participation in any and all activities organized by or associated with A Runner's Mind and New Balance carries inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury or death. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in these activities with full awareness of these risks.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the activities organized by A Runner's Mind and New Balance, I hereby agree to assume all risks associated with these activities. I release and hold harmless A Runner's Mind, New Balance, their respective officers, directors, employees, attorneys, volunteers, and any other affiliated entities from and against any and all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any nature whatsoever ("Claims") arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in these activities.

This Release Agreement (Agreement) applies to all activities organized by or associated with A Runner's Mind and New Balance and is effective for all past, present, and future activities. I understand that this Agreement is a prerequisite for my participation in any activities conducted by these organizations.

Photo Waiver

I grant A Runner's Mind and New Balance, their employees, agents, and authorized representatives the right to take photographs and/or videos of me during my participation in activities organized by or associated with these organizations. I authorize the use of these photographs and/or videos for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media, printed materials, and other publications.

I understand that these photographs and/or videos may be made available to the general public and may be used without any further notice or compensation to me. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs or videos or the use to which they may be applied.
